5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from EE Shorts Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our products and to maintain authenticity standards, we have a strict return policy:

• Limited Edition Items: All sales are final - no returns or exchanges
• Defective Items: Items with manufacturing defects may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Wrong Size: Size exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability
