Return Window & Eligibility

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We calculate this from the tracking confirmation of delivery, not the purchase date.

Condition Requirements

• Unworn condition: Items must be unworn with all original tags attached
• Original packaging: Please include original packaging when possible
• No alterations: Items cannot be altered, washed, or damaged
• Proof of purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• Items you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional but helpful)
• Photos of the item (if defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours. Returns are free for all US customers.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your items and attach the return label. Drop off at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Processing & Refund

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect and process it within 2-3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within the US. Email us to arrange an exchange - we'll send the new size as soon as we receive your return.

Color/Style Exchanges

Want to swap for a different colorway or style? No problem! Standard return and repurchase process applies, or email us to discuss direct exchange options.

Refund Timeline

• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing
• PayPal: 1-2 business days after processing
• Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days after processing

Note: Bank processing times may vary. Contact your financial institution if you don't see the refund within the expected timeframe.

Special Circumstances

Defective or Damaged Items

Received a defective item? We'll make it right immediately:

• Free return shipping for defective items
• Priority replacement or full refund
• Expedited processing (same day when possible)
• Email photos to [email protected] for fastest resolution

Wrong Item Sent

Our mistake? We'll cover all costs and send the correct item via expedited shipping at no charge.

Limited Edition & Collaboration Items

Limited drops and collaboration pieces follow the same return policy, but exchanges depend on availability. Returns are always accepted for full refund.

International Returns

For international customers:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs
• Use a tracked service and email us the tracking number
• Original duties/taxes are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
